Pre-Installation Prep

The installation process begins with a visit from one of our measure technicians. This expert will meticulously check and double-check all measurements to ensure that your windows are manufactured to exact specifications, providing a custom, weathertight fit. From the minute you order your windows, we’ll be in communication with you about the production schedule, installation date and any pre-installation prep we need from you. This includes simple things like removing nearby wall hangings or decorative items before your windows are replaced.

On Time & On Task

Our installation crews are always prompt and professional and will arrive on time to set up in a way that allows them to work quickly and efficiently. Communicating and working closely with you, they will start by laying down a drop cloth to protect your belongings and catch any debris. Then they will swiftly and carefully pull out the old windows in preparation for the new installation. Our installers have this process down to a science. They’re able to minimize airflow by moving quickly, so they can even install windows and patio doors in cold weather.

Expert Installation

After the old windows are removed, our experienced crew will follow specific steps to ensure that your new Renewal by Andersen® window or patio door is installed correctly, including doing finish work on the interior trim and casing. Our certified master installers are very diligent about getting it right the first time so that your door or window operates smoothly and performs as it should. And you don’t have to worry about dirt being tracked into your house or trash left behind: not only does our installation crew haul away and dispose of all old materials, they will sweep and clean up anything left behind.
