Renewal by Andersen® of Northeast PA Earns Sixth Green Diamond Award for Service, One of Only Three Nationally

A direct result of homeowner satisfaction ratings assessed during 2019, the Green Diamond Award recognizes affiliates that exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
Renewal by Andersen of Northeast PA achieved exceptional scores in the following areas:
- Overall customer satisfaction, loyalty to the brand, and willingness to recommend a company as measured by an NPS score of 89.4.
- Engagement with the brand and positive customer sentiment as measured by a reputation.com score of 881 (with a score of 880 representing best-in-class achievement).
Additionally, Renewal by Andersen of Northeast PA is one of only three Renewal by Andersen affiliates in the country to earn the Green Diamond designation six times.
