2. Measurements. Our Measure Technician will take careful measurements to ensure that you get the right sized windows for your home. 3. Installation. On installation day, you can expect the crew from Renewal by Andersen of Northeast PA to arrive with all the necessary equipment to handle anything that might come up during the replacement process. Our Certified Master Installers will first prep the area by laying down drop cloths to catch any dust or debris. Upon removing the old windows, they’ll inspect the opening for damage and repair any components that need it. When the opening has been cleaned and prepped, our installers will then place the new window, after which, they’ll insulate and seal the frame. Following a final inspection, they’ll clean the work area thoroughly, often leaving it cleaner than it was when they started!
4. Customer Care. Upon completion of the window replacement, our team won’t leave you hanging. Our installation crew will walk you through a product demonstration so you know exactly how your new windows are supposed to work. Plus, one of our Customer Experience Representatives will visit you after installation to provide a final examination of your windows and review your warranty.
