Renewal by Andersen® of Northeast PA Earns Third Green Diamond Award for Service
February 15, 2017Bethlehem, PA – February 2017 – Renewal by Andersen Corporation has announced that Renewal by Andersen of Northeast PA has earned its third Green Diamond Award. A direct result of 
homeowner satisfaction ratings assessed during 2016, the Green Diamond Award recognizes affiliates that meet or exceed a minimum customer satisfaction rating of 95% with a greater than 40% survey response rate.
Renewal by Andersen of Northeast PA achieved the following milestones in 2016:
- 98% of homeowners indicated they were “Likely to Recommend” Renewal by Andersen of Northeast PA to friends, family, or associates.
- By earning the Green Diamond designation three times, Renewal by Andersen of Northeast PA ranks in the top five Renewal by Andersen affiliates nationwide.

The 2016 Green Diamond Award was presented at the Renewal by Andersen Summit Meeting held in Huntington Beach, California on January 29-31, 2017.
