Renewal by Andersen® of Northeast PA Earns Fourth Green Diamond Award for Service

Bethlehem, PA – March 2017 – Renewal by Andersen Corporation has announced that Renewal by Andersen of Northeast PA has earned its fourth Green Diamond Award. A direct result of homeowner satisfaction ratings assessed during 2017, the Green Diamond Award recognizes affiliates that meet or exceed a minimum customer satisfaction rating of 95% with a greater than 40% returned survey response rate.
Renewal by Andersen of Northeast PA achieved the following milestones in 2017:
- 96% of homeowners indicated they were “Likely to Recommend” Renewal by Andersen of Northeast PA to friends, family or associates.
- By earning the Green Diamond designation four times, Renewal by Andersen of Northeast PA ranks in the top three Renewal by Andersen affiliates nationwide.
