With the addition of a Customer Experience Representative, Lindsay Saunders, Renewal by Andersen of Northeast Pennsylvania is now able to take the customer experience one step further. By visiting new Renewal by Andersen customers after their installation of windows and doors is complete, Lindsay is able to listen to customer concerns and accolades, providing an experience unlike any other in the home improvement industry.
The feedback Lindsay receives from customers is taken seriously and shared with the entire Renewal by Andersen of Northeast Pennsylvania staff. If there is a service issue, it is treated with the upmost importance and rectified as soon as possible. Renewal by Andersen of Northeast Pennsylvania wants to remind their customers that they made the right choice in choosing us and that if there ever is an issue, we will be there for them.
Renewal by Andersen of Northeast Pennsylvania started the Customer Experience Representative program three months ago, with the addition of Lindsay to the team. Lindsay comes to Renewal by Andersen with a background in customer service – so treating customers with the highest respect comes naturally to her. When asked about her new position with Renewal by Andersen, this is what Lindsay had to say:
“I absolutely love going out to our customers’ homes. Being shown around by the customer and having the opportunity to see the finished Renewal by Andersen windows and doors, and seeing how HAPPY they are – I have the best job I could have ever asked for. I have met so many different people in my short time here, and time and time again I hear how we are different from other home improvement companies in that we truly do care about our customers. It’s such a refreshing change of pace!”
Lindsay not only listens to our customers’ feedback, but also provides customers with valuable information regarding their warranty and proper care and maintenance of their new Renewal by Andersen windows and doors. If our customers have any questions on removing screens, cleaning their windows and other everyday tasks associated with the operation of their new Renewal by Andersen products, Lindsay is also able to provide immediate assistance.
Lindsay also provides a brief refresher to interested customers on how to properly open, close and lock all new Renewal by Andersen windows and doors in the home. As one customer stated in their Post-Job Survey: “…Then we had a follow up call with a very personable Customer Experience Rep who taught us as well because we needed the refresher. All…were professional and knowledgeable.”
