Andersen will be recognized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy in Washington, D.C. on April 11, 2019.

The criteria to earn the Green Diamond Award are based upon homeowners’ responses to a satisfaction survey distributed after their Renewal by Andersen window replacement project has been completed. Affiliates must meet or exceed a minimum customer satisfaction rating of 95%, with a minimum of 50 surveys completed and a greater than 40% survey response rate. Renewal by Andersen of Northeast PA achieved the following milestones in 2014:

• 98% of homeowners indicated they were “Likely to Recommend” Renewal by Andersen of Northeast PA to friends, family or associates.
• Renewal by Andersen of Northeast PA led all six Green Diamond Award winners in net “Likely to Recommend” ratings and overall response rate.
• Renewal by Andersen of Northeast PA was one of only three affiliates in the nation to achieve Green Diamond status for two consecutive years.
