What do you like most about your job?  Working for a highly respected industry leader and with people who are dedicated to protecting its reputation.

What is your interaction with RbA customers like?  Most people are very appreciative of what we do and the time we spend together reflects this.

What makes you most proud about working at RbA?  That no matter what happens, we will always be there if needed.

What has surprised you most about your work?  How different the Lehigh Valley Customers are than the territory I’ve been working in for many years.

What’s your favorite thing to do/favorite place to visit in Northeast PA?  My favorite place to be is on any well-kept golf course with friends…and there are dozens of them in Pennsylvania.

What makes you laugh?  My dog.

Favorite pizza topping?   I do like pineapple on pizza.  I’ve never been to Hawaii, but I will someday if I can be sedated for the flight.

What is your interaction with RbA customers like?  I try to keep it fun but very informative, as well, so even if they don’t choose Renewal by Andersen, they have the knowledge of what’s out there to make the best decision!

What makes you most proud about working at RbA?  I love my job! Not only is Renewal by Andersen helping homeowners fulfill their goal of getting energy-efficient windows, but we also are protecting the environment and helping to save on heating and cooling.

What has surprised you most about your work?  I work with skillful Renewal by Andersen certified master technicians that can turn an old, wood, single pane window into a beautiful window that looks original to the home. Job after job, it amazes me what they can do!

What’s your favorite thing to do/favorite place to visit in Northeast PA?  Knoebels with my family. We go a few times a year, and it never gets old!

Go-to treat?  The best part of my morning is going to my first appointment with a fresh Dunkin’ Donuts® coffee!

What is your interaction with RbA customers like?

Always enjoyable. Understanding they just made a large investment to replace their old windows and doors, they may be a little nervous. After I spend time with them going over the entire project and measuring for each new window, it’s always nice to see them become more at ease.

What makes you proud about working at RbA?

The teamwork. Everyone in the company is always focused on delighting the customer every time and knowing that we deliver by installing the best replacement window on the market.

What has surprised you most about your work?

The overall growth. Every year, we continue to get bigger and better.

What’s your favorite thing to do/favorite place to visit in Northeast PA (can be outdoor activity, shopping spot, town to visit, etc.)?

I really don’t have one specific place; however, I have always had an appreciation for the outdoors. So I have always enjoyed just taking in all  the scenery NEPA has to offer. Seeing all the mountains, lakes and wildlife never gets old to me.

What makes you laugh?

I really look forward to our family vacation every year in Ocean City, MD. Always plenty of laughs there.

Any time I can get on a golf course is always a good day.

I am the Customer Care Manager/Office Manager. I ensure all departments have the best practices for delighting our customers.

How long have you worked for RbA?

3 years. The longest I’ve stayed anywhere because of the team and how well Joe treats us!

What do you like most about your job?

Getting to connect with a diverse customer base and working alongside my peers to problem solve tough situations!

What is your interaction with RbA customers like?

I usually get the tough phone calls. I love being able to get customers back to a good place or being able to come up with a solution that delights them.

What makes you proud about working at RbA?

Working for an owner/brand that holds integrity and “taking care of the customer” above anything else. Coming from the hospitality industry, I know that excellent customer service is very hard to come by.

What has surprised you most about your work?

How long I have stayed at RbA. I usually get bored and want to try something new. Every day is a new adventure, and I am NEVER bored.

What’s your favorite place to visit in Northeast PA?

My husband, daughter, and I like to travel throughout Northeast PA in our RV and seek out breathtaking hiking spots. Our favorite last summer was the PA Grand Canyon.

What makes you laugh?

Jared, our Sales Manager, always makes me laugh because he has a funny remark for mostly everything!

I love pepperoni pizza.
