Our next Renewal by Andersen of Northeast Pennsylvania family member we would like to introduce is Charles “Chuck” Eckenroth.
Chuck, what is your role here at Renewal by Andersen of Northeast Pennsylvania?
Design Consultant
How long have you worked for RbA? 1.5 years as a design consultant, 5 years in installation
What do you like most about your job? Helping people find an efficient, long-lasting solution for their window issues… and subsequently seeing them thrilled about their RBA windows.
What is your interaction with RbA customers like? Enjoyable, informative and sincere.
What makes you most proud about working at RbA? I’m proud to work for a company with such a quality reputation and company history that helps people solve their window-related problems, providing them with a long-lasting and efficient way to improve their quality of life as well as reduce their carbon emissions.
What has surprised you most about your work? That people live with such inefficient windows for so long before deciding to make an improvement.
What’s your favorite thing to do/favorite place to visit in Northeast PA? I like to exercise, eat amazing food, play guitar, work on my classic truck, build things and spend as much time as I can with friends outdoors, taking advantage of all that every season in PA has to offer… for example, take a hike and tour the visitors’ center at Hawk Mountain Sanctuary… and you may as well visit Dietrich Meats nearby for a PA Dutch experience and locally-made shoo-fly pie.
Favorite ice cream flavor?
Anything with peanut butter in it!
Go-to snack?
Triscuit® Crackers and Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
